This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it and how recovery and deletion work in Pulsar Spaces. It applies to public pages, sign-in flows and authenticated workspace modules.

- We share data only with service providers needed to operate Pulsar Spaces
- Integration data is processed only when you explicitly configure an integration
- We do not sell customer workspace data
- Legal disclosures are handled only when required by law
- When you delete supported workspace items, they move to the in-app 7-day recovery bin
- During those 7 days, authorized users can restore accidentally deleted items
- After the recovery window ends, those items are permanently deleted from active systems
- Security and operational logs may be retained longer where required for safety and audits
- Session security with CSRF and signed auth tokens
- Optional multi-factor authentication controls
- Role-based permissions in workspace modules
- Audit and notification systems for critical actions
