These Affiliate Terms explain how affiliate commission works in Pulsar. Current program terms are 20% of net paid subscription revenue actually received by Pulsar, excluding VAT/taxes and applicable deductions. Commission may be paid out where supported or used as billing credits for your own Pulsar subscription.
These Affiliate Terms govern participation in the Pulsar affiliate program. By enrolling in the affiliate program, you agree to these terms and the Pulsar Terms of Service.
If there is any conflict between these Affiliate Terms and other promotional materials, these Affiliate Terms control.
You must have an active Pulsar account in good standing to participate.
Pulsar may approve, reject, pause, or remove affiliate enrollment at its discretion, including for abuse, fraud risk, policy violations, or legal requirements.
A referral is considered qualified only when Pulsar determines all program requirements are satisfied, including valid referral attribution and an eligible successfully paid subscription.
Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, fraudulent sign-ups, spam, refunded transactions, chargebacks and any manipulated attribution are not qualified referrals.
Qualified referrals may generate affiliate commission equal to 20% of net paid subscription revenue actually received by Pulsar, excluding VAT, sales tax, GST, withholding tax, processor fees, credits, refunds, discounts and other taxes or mandatory charges.
Commission may, at Pulsar’s discretion and where available, be settled either as a payout to the affiliate or as Pulsar billing credits applied toward the affiliate’s own subscription or other eligible Pulsar charges.
Available balances, settlement methods, minimum thresholds and payout options are shown in-product where supported.
- No commission is earned on unpaid, trial, complimentary, refunded, disputed, fraudulent, or reversed subscriptions.
- Credits may only be used toward eligible Pulsar products and subscription charges.
- Credits are non-transferable unless explicitly allowed by Pulsar.
- Payout availability may depend on country, compliance checks, tax forms, identity verification, or minimum payout thresholds.
- Pulsar may change available payout methods at any time.
Credits are applied according to Pulsar billing logic and may be capped per invoice, plan, billing period, workspace, or program rules.
If payout functionality is offered, payouts may be subject to minimum balances, verification requirements, processing schedules, transaction fees, reserve holds, or fraud review.
Credits or commission balances do not create any bank, custody, trust, or interest-bearing relationship.
Pulsar may reverse, void, offset, or adjust commission balances or credits for chargebacks, refunds, disputed payments, fraud, abuse, policy breaches, qualification errors, duplicate attribution, accounting corrections, or canceled subscriptions.
Pulsar decisions regarding referral attribution, qualification, payout eligibility and commission adjustments are final unless required otherwise by law.
Pulsar may modify, pause, restrict, or discontinue the affiliate program, including commission rates, qualification rules, payout methods, thresholds, or feature availability, at any time.
Upon account suspension or termination, Pulsar may suspend, cancel, or withhold unpaid balances or unused credits where permitted by law and program policy.
These Affiliate Terms are incorporated into and governed by the Pulsar Terms of Service, including limitations of liability, disclaimers and dispute provisions.
You are responsible for complying with all applicable marketing, advertising, privacy, sanctions, tax, invoicing and disclosure laws in your jurisdiction.
You are solely responsible for any taxes owed on affiliate earnings or payouts.
