Why it matters

Signal routing for startup operations

  • Push high-signal updates to the channels your team already uses.
  • Keep critical changes visible without notification noise.
  • Improve response speed for cross-functional execution.

How teams use it

Telegram x Pulsar workflows

Link the integration at workspace level, then use the same project, task and file context your team already works in.

Apply Pulsar permissions and visibility rules so teams stay aligned without exposing unnecessary data.

Operate from one command surface instead of switching across disconnected tools.

What you can do

Telegram to CRM capture

Forward a Telegram message and enrich an existing contact or create a new one.

Extract handle, phone, names, company hints, links and message context as contact intelligence notes.

Capture forwarded files (for example pitch decks) and attach them to contact records.

Query CRM from Telegram with /contact name and /contact name meetings.

How it works

4-step onboarding flow

  1. 1. Enable Telegram in workspace integrations.
  2. 2. Click connect and open @pulsar_crm_bot with a secure onboarding link.
  3. 3. Send /start to bind your Telegram user to Pulsar.
  4. 4. Forward messages/files and confirm prompts when contact matches are ambiguous.
